    We picked 606 for dinner before an event last night since they take reservations and it wasn't too far from where we needed to be. We didn't drive since street parking is limited, although there are a few garages in the area. We were seated a couple minutes past our reservation time and I noted the restaurant was pretty full. The service team was friendly when we saw them, but sometimes we wondered if they forgot about us as we were in a back corner and had to wait a few times to get service. From looking online, I knew they had a dim sum menu that wasn't given to us but they brought it when I asked about it, since I wasn't sure if that was limited to certain days/times. We ordered the bbq pork buns, garlic chicken, Mongolian beef, white rice, and a beer. B was looking forward to green tea but they only have black ‍ We enjoyed all of the dishes, but they definitely forgot about our order of chicken which ended up coming out about 15 min after we finished the other dishes. I assume the owner came by to apologize for the delay and let us know he took that off of our bill (thank you!). I appreciated that there wasn't loud music playing, although the restaurant is lively so I wouldn't call it quiet either. I'd be interested in coming back to try more of their regular and dim sum menus.

    I just can't. Words can't describe the flavor bomb, the layers of flavor, and the balance in the two dishes I tried today. The sweet and sour pork ribs and shrimp tofu are an ABSOLUTE MUST TRY. I am SO THANKFUL I stumbled upon this place with my friend as we stopped for a late lunch in China Town SF. The food, the food, the food. I was blown away at how freshly cooked the dishes were, yet tastey. I will, definitely, come back. I want to TRY EVERY DISH. I just HAVE TO. There is no other proper response to GOOD FOOD. PERIOD.

    This is my second time coming to 606, and I can confidently say I am impressed with everything presented. The first time I went, my girlfriend and I had a gracious experience. My girlfriend also claimed that the food is even better than what is found in China. Everything from the milk tea, soups, meat options, and vegetarian options were so impressive. If you're reading this message, please give this place a chance! It will not disappoint!
